Role responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with ENT-related conditions such as sinusitis tonsillitis hearing loss vertigo nasal obstruction head neck masses and airway disorders Perform outpatient procedures including nasal endoscopy laryngoscopy and ear syringing Perform surgeries such as septoplasty FESS tympanoplasty mastoidectomy tonsillectomy adenoidectomy tracheostomy and head neck tumor excisions Manage ENT emergencies such as epistaxis foreign body airway stridor and facial trauma Coordinate with departments like oncology radiology pediatrics and anesthesiology when needed Provide thorough pre-operative assessment and post-operative care Maintain clear and timely documentation including surgical notes consent discharge summaries and medical records Counsel patients and families regarding diagnoses surgical plans risks and outcomes Participate in departmental audits morbidity mortality meetings and clinical reviews Mentor junior doctors interns and nursing staff on ENT care practices Contribute to awareness programs on hearing screening sleep apnea head neck cancer prevention etc Preferred candidate profile- MBBS MS DNB in ENT Otorhinolaryngology - Mandatory Fellowship in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Otology or Head Neck Oncology - Desirable Registration with Medical Council - Mandatory 1 year above experience Competencies Proficiency in endoscopic ENT procedures and surgical techniques Knowledge of ENT emergencies and airway management Strong communication and patient counselling skills Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams Compliance with hospital protocols NABH documentation and surgical safety standards Location Dharmapuri Tamil Nadu Salary From 1 Lakhs Per Month onwards Negotiable as per the candidate requirement Note Please forwarded your updated resume to hr vijaysuperspecialityhospital in and feel free to reach to 91 91507 51668 us for further information Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
