About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Creative Strategist with a strong grasp on performance marketing and influencer-led content to join our fast-growing D2C healthcare brand. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of high-converting video, static, and multimedia content for performance marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, influencers, brand, and product teams to bring data-backed creative concepts to life—content that doesn’t just look good but performs. Key Responsibilities - Creative Strategy & Content Planning - Develop compelling content strategies and concepts aligned with brand goals and campaign performance metrics. - Create story-driven narratives and hooks for influencer videos and statics that drive acquisition and conversions. - Collaborate with performance marketing and media buying teams to align creatives with audience behavior and funnel goals. Storyboarding & Production Oversight - Lead storyboarding and ideation for short-form video ads, product-focused statics, and engaging GIFs. - Work closely with internal and external teams including designers, editors, influencers/models, and production partners to ensure creative quality and consistency. - Oversee content production across platforms such as Meta (FB/IG), YouTube, and Display Ads. Performance-Driven Creative Optimization - Analyze creative performance data (CTR, CVR, CAC) and iterate creatives accordingly. - Run A/B tests across creative variations to improve ROAS and reduce drop-offs. - Continuously refine messaging, visuals, and formats to ensure creative resonance and ROI. Trendspotting & Consumer Insights - Stay ahead of influencer and performance content trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative formats (e.G., Reels, Stories). - Research audience preferences, competitor creatives, and content performance to guide new concepts. - Leverage audience insights to personalize content for various buyer personas and funnel stages. Influencer Collaboration & Coordination - Align influencer creative direction with paid campaigns for maximum synergy and reach. - Ensure influencer-produced content stays true to the brand tone, aesthetic, and product positioning. - Coordinate end-to-end with influencers, models, production houses, and agencies for timely content delivery. Campaign Management - Plan and manage the production of multiple content assets simultaneously. - Ensure on-time delivery of assets optimized for various platforms. - Maintain creative consistency while adapting formats and messaging for different campaign goals.
