The role involves designing and conducting experiments, optimizing processes, and supporting technology transfer from lab to pilot and plant scale. Requirements - M.Sc. in Organic / Industrial Chemistry with 2–3 years of relevant lab experience - Exposure to surfactants, emulsifiers, and process scale-up - Strong understanding of esterification, sulfonation, ethoxylation, propoxylation, and carboxylation reactions - Hands-on experience with autoclaves, EO/PO handling, and analytical tools (NMR, GC, HPLC, LC-MS) - Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and collaborative team player Roles and Responsibilities - Conduct lab-scale experiments for process development and optimization. - Support process scale-up from lab → pilot → commercial plant. - Work on yield improvement, impurity profiling, and process safety. - Maintain experimental records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation accuracy. - Collaborate with production, QA/QC, and EHS teams for smooth project execution.
