About Us Ralakde Automation International Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing industrial automation company dealing in surplus and new electronic equipment such as PLCs HMIs CNC systems servo drives and robotics With a presence in both the UK and India we focus on innovation speed and reliability Our Indian office in Siliguri is expanding and we are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant CA to join our finance and accounts team Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end accounting operations financial statements and compliance Prepare and file GST TDS and income tax returns as per Indian regulations Monitor day-to-day financial transactions and conduct internal audits Manage payroll vendor payments and bank reconciliations Provide financial reports forecasts and budgets to support strategic decisions Ensure statutory compliance with Companies Act and coordinate with external auditors Collaborate with the management team for investment cost control and business planning Required Qualifications CA Chartered Accountant certification - Mandatory 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws accounting standards and compliance Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Zoho Books or similar platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and reporting abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sectors Familiarity with international financial reporting IFRS is a plus Knowledge of import export documentation and foreign remittances What We Offer A dynamic and growth-oriented work environment Opportunities to work with international teams Professional development and training opportunities Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
