About the Role We are looking for Senior Frontend Developers who are passionate about building intuitive, high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in enhancing our flagship no-code platform, Revolutio, and contribute to its evolution by leveraging modern frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities - Anchor the front-end development projects. - Collaborate with development lead, UI/ UX designers and support team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Drive the development lifecycle from requirement analysis to completion and maintenance ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, coding standards and technical design. - Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide timely technical support and resolution. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices in software development. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, software development trends, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge. Other Expectations - Ownership mindset and hands-on problem-solving attitude. - Strong analytical and logical thinking. - Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. - Comfortable working on time-bound and challenging projects. Other important information: - Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid works in India - Period of engagement: Full time - Probation period: 6 months - Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process. - Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive.
