Immediate Opening – US Voice Process at Spancore TechnologyKey Responsibilities1. Customer Interaction & Support Handle incoming and outgoing calls from US-based customers. Assist customers with product information, order details, billing, refunds, and issue resolution. Accurately record customer information and queries in the CRM system.
