Rupeek aims to create equal access to credit for every Indian by enabling hassle-free doorstep gold loans at the lowest interest rates, its first flagship product with many more to follow across multiple asset classes. Rupeek is currently present in 60+ cities and has served more than 5 lakh+ customers. It is the first ever fintech in the asset-backed lending category to record a $1bn annual run rate (ARR). Headquartered in Bangalore, Rupeek&aposs investors include Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, Bertelsmann, GGV Capital, VEF, and Lightbox.

Role:

- The role blends data analysis, business strategy and HR process improvement.
- Collect, analyze and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience and retention, using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.

Skills:

- Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)
- Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
- Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders

Qualifications:

- B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
