Job Title:Tester
Location:Offshore India Bangalore
Type:4-month Contract with possibility of extension
Experience:
- Bachelors Degree with at least 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory: Strong knowledge of SWIFT messages MT103 and MT202.
- Hands-on experience with the OBLM product and liquidity management concepts (Sweeping & Pooling).
- Experience with UAT and production environments, defect management, and data migration validation.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Azure).
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate migrated data in the OBLM system.
- Validate Qlik reports in UAT and production environments.
- Conduct defect retesting and ensure comprehensive validation beyond the defect scope.
- Support post-production issues and stabilization efforts.
- Provide training to production staff on OBLM-related processes.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal control standards, and validation accuracy.
- Review system setups including onboarding, account parameters, sweep types, and frequencies.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Zero discrepancies in validation.
- 100% adherence to TAT and SLA.
- Compliance with all control and quality assurance measures.

- Cross-regional collaboration (UAE & IBG).
Position Overview
The client is undergoing a transformation project to migrate from the GTS Matrix to the Oracle Banking Liquidity Management (OBLM) system. This role focuses on the validation and testing of OBLM data and ensuring operational efficiency during and after the migration process.
