TCS present an excellent opportunity for SAP FICO Consultant Job Location: Pan India Experience required: 7-12 yrs Skills: SAP FICO Interview date: 12-Dec-25 (Friday) Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have * Implementation experience of SAP FICO/REFX modules in Retail environment. - Rich experience working with Retail customers in areas of FI-MM and FI-SD integration. - Good experience managing the Production system and ensures application availability & stability, operating within agreed SLAs - Knowledge on Asset accounting and Controlling module is expected as well as analysis on issues. - Proven track record of delivering customized solutions - Strong documentation & articulation skills Good-to-Have · Experience and Knowledge in Project systems. · Experience and knowledge in Investment Management. · Experience or knowledge in JIRA, Service Now and Active Control. SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 · Understand business and functional requirements to be design. Participate in the full lifecycle of application, including design, coding, testing, and implementation. · Lead the implementation of technology-enabled business solutions for the customer as an architect. · Prepare design documents and work task plans. · Create functional requirements. · Review and understand business requirements and convert into technical specifications to define the overall application development. · Design, document, and develop business processes design. · Working in Agile methodology. 2 Manage and coordinate external partners and communicate with various business stakeholders for the successful completion of projects and changes in existing solutions. 3 Support release planning with conceptual design and development/refinement. 4 Strong stakeholder management skills and Strong communication skills to engage with business. The consultant will lead the team and coordinate with other cross functional teams The candidate will have experience in business process expertise of S&OP, client engagements, and demonstrated project management skills to develop detailed solution implementation tools and methodologies
