Job Description

- .Experience in liaison work with State as well as Central Govt., Semi- Govt. andprivate agencies.
- It includes liaison withvarious ministries of State Government for clearances / approvals such as landAcquisition related matters & statutory clearances / approvals, liaise withState Pollution Control Board as regards public hearing, NOC, technical presentation etc.,liaise with Forest Deptt. for NoC / clearances etc., liaise with Water Resources Deptt. for concurrence of drawl of water for plant activities, liaise with Industry Deptt. for MoUs and subsidies, liaise withMines Deptt.,Home Deptt., Road Deptt.,liaise with Police including DGP,IGPs, DIGs, SPs and other administrative officials etc. for the administrative support from Govt. for the security of our sites,liaise with CM / Dy. CMs and other ministers and senior bureaucrats,assisting the Central Team to liaise with Central
- Government Ministries such as, Urban Development, Environment& Forest, Coal, Steel, Mines, Commerce &Industry, Department of Telecom, Central Pollution Control Board, DirectorateGeneral of Foreign Trade and other authorities
- for various approvals / clearances,.Also coordinating with plant level liaison activities. Making visits to CM / Ministers / Bureaucrats / Chairman / MDs of Boards Commissions etc. on regular basis for establishing & maintaining cordial relations. Take proactive measures for fruitful relationship with Govt. Agencies.
- Send MIS to management. Keep the management updated regarding changes in legislations / rules etc. and also changes , if any, in the Ministry / bureaucracy.
- Visiting media houses on regular basis to maintain healthy relations with all the Chiefs. Arrange in meetings of Chairman / MD of the Company with highest legislative & Executives of the State and also participate in those with all preparedness.
