Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, Employer Branding, Interviewing and Recruiting. Qualifications - Minimum 6-8 years of experience - Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring - Expertise in Employer Branding and Interviewing skills - Ability to recruit for a variety of levels, from entry-level to executive positions - Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field - Experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Technical degree or orientation is a big plus. - Having experience in Automotive and Embedded hiring is a big plus. - Ability to work on complex requirements
