We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations manage logistics and handle administrative billing tasks The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in commerce and logistics capable of ensuring efficiency accuracy and safety across all warehouse functions Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management Direct and manage all daily warehouse activities including receiving warehousing distribution and inventory management Ensure efficient organization and utilization of the warehouse space Maintain a safe and compliant working environment adhering to all company policies and relevant regulations Logistics Material Handling Coordinate and supervise all loading and unloading activities ensuring timely and damage-free handling of materials Oversee the container stuffing de-stuffing process ensuring compliance with international shipping standards and optimal space utilization Liaise with logistics providers carriers and internal teams to schedule and manage shipments Inventory and Material Tracking Maintain accurate material tracking and inventory records using the company s system Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy Minimize inventory discrepancies and manage stock levels to meet operational needs Billing and Documentation Manage and process all operational billing and invoicing related to warehouse activities logistics and material handling Ensure all necessary documentation e g bills of lading shipping manifests inventory reports is accurately prepared filed and retained Reconcile billing discrepancies and report on warehouse financial metrics Team Leadership Supervise train and mentor the warehouse team to ensure high productivity and adherence to best practices Set performance goals conduct evaluations and manage shift schedules Requirements Education Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Commerce B Com or a related field is mandatory Experience Proven experience 1- 3 years in a warehouse supervisory or management role preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment Skills Excellent knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite especially Excel Strong understanding of billing and basic accounting principles Proven ability to manage loading unloading and container operations Exceptional leadership communication and decision-making skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy particularly in material tracking and documentation If you are a motivated detail-oriented graduate with a strong background in commerce and logistics management we encourage you to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Warehouse supervisor 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
