Job Title: Senior Payroll Analyst Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle payroll operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and a strong understanding of payroll compliance, reporting, and analytics. Key Responsibilities - Process end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payroll completion. - Validate employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings. - Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. - Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues. - Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline workflows. - Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation. - Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly. - Recommend and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now. - 4–7 years of payroll processing and payroll analysis experience. - Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards. - Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.). - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Preferred Skills - Experience with HRIS integrations and workflow automation. - Prior experience supporting payroll audits. - Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
