Website: dropzerodigital.com Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote Compensation: $800–$900/month depending on experience and performance Role Description We’re now looking for a Full-Time Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content — someone who can turn raw clips into scroll-stopping videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads. If you’re passionate about storytelling, stay on top of content trends, and know how to make a 15-second video both engaging and conversion-driven — we want to meet you. Qualifications - 1–2+ years of experience editing short-form videos (agency or freelance background a plus) - Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content perform on Reels, TikTok, and Meta Ads - Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve - Experience with motion graphics, typography, and pacing for attention retention - Ability to follow creative briefs and adapt editing styles for different brands - Excellent sense of storytelling, rhythm, and sound selection - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup - Good communication skills and familiarity with Slack, Notion, and Google Drive What You'll Do - Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for clients across lifestyle, e-commerce, and personal brand niches - Create and format Meta ad creatives designed for performance and conversion - Repurpose long-form footage into engaging short clips optimized for social platforms - Add captions, transitions, effects, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling - Maintain consistent brand identity and tone across all edits - Collaborate with creative strategists and project managers to align edits with campaign goals - Stay up to date with trends, editing styles, and platform updates (especially Meta and TikTok) - Manage and organize raw footage, edit timelines, and project files efficiently - Deliver edits within set timelines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail Bonus Points - Experience working with ad creatives or performance marketing teams - Familiar with using UGC-style content and creator assets - Understanding of hook-first editing and scroll-stopping structures - Basic knowledge of marketing metrics (CTR, watch time, conversion rate, etc.) Why You'll Love It - Work with a creative, collaborative team that values experimentation and quality - Grow your portfolio with diverse brands and industries - Freedom to contribute ideas and creative direction - Competitive monthly pay with performance bonuses and growth opportunities
