Senior Software Engineer II

Job Description We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who can own systems end-to-end from architecting backend services and infrastructure to guiding web and mobile development teams. This role is ideal for someone with deep backend expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to lead teams across the full stack to deliver scalable, reliable, and modern applications. You will work on high-impact projects involving distributed systems, background processing, observability pipelines, and production-grade deployments. The ideal candidate is hands-on with backend code, comfortable guiding frontend and mobile teams, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - : Architect, build, and maintain scalable, distributed systems with strong reliability and performance characteristic - s.Design and develop efficient backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, background workers, and asynchronous job pipeline - s.Drive database schema design, indexing strategies, triggers/functions, and performance tuning for large-scale workload - s.Implement robust observability practices using metrics, logging, and tracing framework - s.Lead full-stack initiatives by guiding frontend and mobile engineers on architecture, API design, and performance best practice - s.Directly contribute to backend and infrastructure layers while coordinating efforts across team - s.Build responsive, modern interfaces for web and mobile platforms with effective state management and API integratio - n.Ensure secure, maintainable, and production-ready code, including authentication (JWT), authorization, rate limiting, and configuration managemen - t.Own and manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based workflows, and Kubernetes setups for containerization and deploymen - t.Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and help establish strong engineering practices across the stac - k.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for scalability, reliability, and developer efficienc y.
