The presentation specialist will require to design and develop materials to support business development marketing initiatives and campaigns high-end property marketing and leadership decks pitches Candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities Emphasis will be on designing customized PowerPoint presentations template creation and other marketing materials for multi-million dollar properties The candidate will work closely with the Marketing teams across globe to support different business service lines He she must understand the strategy audience and objectives behind complex design projects provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message For this one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team wed like to meet you The goal is to inspire and marketers art directors and design managers in order to create compelling designsTranslate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visually enticing easy to understand and emotionally impactful Stay on top of the latest standards processes and trends in the visual design field You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneouslyYou have a team-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to design- and functionality- related marketing decisionsProduction of PowerPoint presentation graphics and other corporate communications materials as per brand guidelinesProficient using MS Office Programs Word Excel PowerPoint and basic knowledge of designing tools Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Quality and brand consistency are key elements along with timely deliveryOperate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating ProceduresLiaise with stakeholders and team members to deliver work that is timely accurate and on brandProfessional customer service attitudeTo apply you need to be Bachelors in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business to business print and digital marketing collateralProficient using MS Office Programs Word Excel PowerPoint and basic knowledge of designing tools Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Excellent communication skills including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantageYou have the ability to study
