Guide teams towards finishing projects and campaigns on time. Take various steps to improve the process and productivity of your department. Hold a position of responsibility and accountability for your client accounts and not just the tasks that you do physically. Provide leadership to the graphic production team and manage a prescribed budget. What will help you thrive at Litmus 5 years of design and interactive work. Rich portfolio with versatile design projects. Have extensive knowledge of corporate branding, digital media, and colour theory. Expertise in various design tools (CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). An eye for detailing. Rich experience in photoshop, photography, image editing and printing. Capable of imbibing good time management & multitasking skills in executing projects. What would you bring to Litmus Visual conceptualizing for core brand identity elements, brand assets and campaigns in the print and digital media space. Executing creatives from conception to delivery to the client. Review junior designer drafts to ensure quality & cohesiveness. Creating new and original concepts/designs for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand identity. Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources. Communicate with other members of the team to ensure performance and timely delivery. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
