Senior Accountant Location: Vijayawada Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–7 Years Expected Compensation: 25-40k per month About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to lead our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in managing complete books of accounts while supporting management with financial insights. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, ledger posting, and bank reconciliations - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PT, and IT filings - Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting - Conduct variance analysis and present financial reports to management - Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits - Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes - Manage invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor/ customer reconciliations - Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy of all entries - Ensure timely closing of books every month Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance - 3–7 years of practical accounting experience - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations - Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills - Experience with financial planning & analysis - Exposure to inventory, costing, or manufacturing/trading environment - Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail What We Offer - Competitive salary based on experience - Professional work environment and growth opportunities - Chance to take ownership of finance operations in a growing organization
