Job Description

We are Hiring : MS Fabric/Power BI Project

Experience Required : 6+years

Location : Hyderabad Gachibowli

Work Mode : WFO/WFH

Experience & Knowledge:

- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, and Data Warehousing capabilities)
- Strong background in data engineering, governance, and security within M365 and Fabric
- Experience collaborating with Accounting, Finance, and Engineering teams to align data processes with business needs
- Understanding of financial and engineering data models for accurate reporting and analytics
- Experience managing data pipelines and structured/unstructured data within Fabric
- Knowledge of data access control, role-based security, and compliance in MS Fabric
- Ability to design, optimize, and maintain semantic models for Power BI reporting
- Experience in automating data operations and workflows using Power Automate
- Strong experience with data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for Power BI reports and Fabric data processing
- Ability to support self-service analytics while maintaining governance controls
- Familiarity with cost optimization strategies for data storage and processing within Fabric

Tools & Technical Skills

- Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, and Real-Time Analytics)
- Power BI (including Dataflows, Direct Lake mode, and DAX)
- Synapse Data Engineering (if leveraging Synapse within Fabric for advanced processing)
- Power Automate (for automating data workflows and reporting processes)
- Azure AD Security & Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) (for data security and governance)
- Dataverse & Microsoft Lists (if storing structured transactional data)
- Python or SQL (for advanced data transformations and automation)
- Azure Data Factory (ADF) (for legacy data integration, if applicable)
- KQL (Kusto Query Language) (for real-time analytics in Fabric)
- Excel & M365 Apps (to integrate with Power BI for financial and engineering data analysis)
- APIs & Connectors (for integrating external financial and engineering data sources into Fabric)
