Job Title Customer Support Executive US Shift Location Sangli Maharashtra Salary Range 17 000 - 20 000 per month Job Type Full-time Shift Timings 6 pm to 3 am IST We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Sangli Maharashtra The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to our clients in the US market The role requires a professional who is patient empathetic and passionately communicative as you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Customer Inquiries Respond to customer queries and resolve issues through phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner Problem Resolution Identify investigate and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer Product Knowledge Maintain a strong understanding of the company s products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers Documentation Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions inquiries complaints and feedback in the company s CRM system Follow-Up Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and issues are fully addressed and resolved Feedback Management Escalate complex issues and feedback from customers to relevant internal teams for further assistance Team Collaboration Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the overall success of the department Shift Flexibility Adapt to shift changes including holidays and weekends as required by the business needs Compliance Adhere to company policies procedures and industry regulations ensuring data privacy and confidentiality Requirements Education A bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field Experience Previous experience in customer support or a related role preferred Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Technical Proficiency Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Time Management Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Teamwork Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with a diverse team Adaptability Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and shift schedules If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment we encourage you to apply for this position Join our team and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 20 082 18 per month Schedule US shift Supplemental Pay Shift allowance Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
