Role Overview : We're looking for a React Native + React Mobile App Developer who isn't just an average coder - but a craftsman who takes pride in writing elegant, structured, and scalable code. You'll work closely with our AI, backend, and design teams to build a highly refined mobile product for the medical domain. This role also involves some contribution to the frontend architecture, ensuring pixel-perfect UI, creating reusable components that set a high design and performance benchmark, and implementing secure, user-friendly authentication flows in collaboration with the backend team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and React.js. - Work closely with UI/UX designers and front end devs to implement modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces. - Collaborate with backend developers, AI engineers, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Ensure code quality through proper structure, readability, and modular design. - Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability. - Integrate with REST APIs and FastAPI-based backend systems. - Implement and maintain authentication & authorization flows (email/password, OTP, OAuth/OIDC), handle JWT/refresh tokens, and use secure device storage - (Keychain/Keystore) for sensitive data. - Support features like password reset, session management, optional 2FA/biometrics, and role-based - access considerations with the backend. - Maintain clean documentation and follow best practices for version control and deployment Required Skills - Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle. - Solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and component-based development. - Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals, responsive layouts, and adaptive design for various screen sizes. - Experience with API integration, async data handling, and state management (Redux / Context API). - Hands-on experience building mobile auth flows (login, signup, logout, password reset), working with JWT/refresh tokens, and secure storage - (Keychain/Keystore). - Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC or social login integration is a plus. - Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills. - Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. - Experience with frontend styling frameworks/libraries such as TailwindCSS, Styled Components, or Material UI. Bonus Skills (Preferred) : - Familiarity with FastAPI, Python, or other backend frameworks. - Experience with frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.). - Understanding of database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Experience building medical, AI, or data-driven products. - Awareness of security best practices (OWASP MASVS/Top 10 Mobile), RBAC concepts, and SSO/OAuth provider integrations.
