We are seeking a highly motivated Team Assistant to join our dynamic team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive work environment. The Team Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team by providing essential administrative support.

Responsibilities

- Assist in daily administrative tasks and support team members in various projects.
- Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and training coordination.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures and standards.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
