For more information, visit www.Acuitykp.Com Basic Information Position Title: Macroeconomic Data Analyst Experience Level: 2 - 3 years Department: Investment Ops and Risk Services Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Job Description We are looking for a junior automation expert to support our macroeconomic research and data operations through automation and scripting. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in Excel Macros, VBA, and Python, and a keen interest in economic data analysis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about streamlining data workflows and contributing to impactful economic insights. Candidates with relevant experience in KPO/Offshore set-up will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Macroeconomics research: - Write macroeconomic snippets within short turnaround time - Daily news summarization covering different countries - Collaborate with team members and analysts to understand automation needs and deliver efficient solutions. - Document automation workflows and maintain version control of scripts and tools. - Support the preparation of automated charts, tables, and presentations for economic publications and briefings. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Excel and Python environments related to data integrity and automation logic.
