Role : Windows administration & VMWARE administration Exp : 10 + Yrs. Location : Mumbai (WFO) Windows/VMware L3 Experience in Windows administration and VMWARE administration Windows 1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server issues (2016, 2019). 2. Configure and manage Windows Server features (e.g., DNS, DHCP, File Sharing). 3. Implement Windows security measures (e.g., Group Policy, Firewall). 4. Manage Windows updates and patches. 5. Windows Clustering –should have experience installing and maintaining multi-node clusters. Active Directory 1. Design, implement, and manage AD infrastructure (e.g., domain controllers, replication). 2. Troubleshoot AD issues (e.g., authentication, group policy). 3. Configure and manage AD services (e.g., DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services). 4. Implement AD security measures (e.g., password policies, access controls). VMware 1. Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter). 2. vSphere with clustered storage, with high availability capabilities such as vMotion, fault tolerance and SRM 3. Implement VMware security measures (e.g., VM encryption, firewall). 4. Troubleshoot VMware performance issues. Virtualization 1. Configure and manage virtual machines (VMs) and templates. 2. Implement VM migration and cloning. 3. Manage VMware storage (e.g., VMFS, NFS). 4. Configure and manage VMware High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR). Troubleshooting 1. Analyze logs (e.g., Event Viewer, VMware logs) to identify root causes. 2. Utilize debugging tools (e.g., Wireshark, Process Explorer). 3. Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
