Greetings, TCS is looking for Mainframe Developer. Experience: 5+ Years Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10th, 12th and Graduation) Location: Mumbai Only Notice period:- 30 days. Requirements & Skills: Key responsibilities Please find a brief description of the role (Mainframe Developer): - Work as part of DevOps Scrum team and be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Mainframe applications. - Responsible for development in COBOL,DB2,JCL,VSAM , IMS, z/OS connect - Responsible for supporting the implementation of mainframe changes and post implementation support. - Designing and developing high volume, low latency applications for mission critical systems and delivering high availability and performance. - Contributing in all phases of development cycle Key Skills/Knowledge: - Hands on experience in programming using COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, IMS - Knowledge of batch and online programming. - Knowledge of using mainframe tools like SPUFI, QMF, Tivoli scheduler, File manager, version control tools - Knowledge of REXX, Z/OS connect is an additional preference. - Knowledge of Transaction processing is an additional preference. - Experience with Agile way of working.
