Job Title QC Executive - Loading Unloading DI Pipes Department Loading Unloading Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Executive with a background in Mechanical or Metallurgy engineering for our Loading Unloading operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks and preparing inspection reports on CML and Body Surface Defects in Ductile Iron DI Pipes Qualifications Diploma B Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgy 2-3 years of relevant experience in loading unloading preferred Key Responsibilities Perform QC inspections at the loading unloading point of DI pipes Prepare detailed reports on Cement Mortar Lining CML and body surface defects Monitor and document defect types such as Pinhole CML dent Annealing depression Drawn surface Netting on socket neck full body Body crack Cut marks cold shut Uneven CML Socket damage CML lumps water marks Reverse pinning and more Ensure all pipes meet quality compliance standards before dispatch Key Performance Indicators KPI Accuracy in identification and documentation of pipe defects Timely preparation and submission of inspection reports Adherence to safety and quality standards Coordination with loading teams and supervisors for corrective actions Skills Required Strong observational and analytical skills Knowledge of DI pipe manufacturing inspection standards Basic understanding of quality tools and reporting Ability to work in field conditions at loading points Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 24 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 15 07 2025
