Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Care Representative. The Customer Care Representative will handle customer inquiries, support, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing comprehensive solutions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. In addition, the Representative aims to improve customer service experiences, implementing new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
