Job description
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify unmet customer needs, analyze competitor offerings, and define target market segments. This includes utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform product strategy.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with overall business objectives. This involves defining product vision, strategy, and features based on market analysis and customer feedback.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development through launch, growth, and eventual sunsetting. This includes defining product specifications, managing development timelines, and overseeing product releases.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of product developers, designers, and engineers. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Project Management & Execution: Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each phase of the product lifecycle. Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies. This includes supporting product launches, creating marketing materials, and defining pricing strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal teams. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product features and marketing campaigns. This includes A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other data-driven decision-making techniques.
Technical Skills:
- Product Development Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), product development lifecycle (PDLC), and lean startup principles.
- Marketing Strategies: Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and channel strategies.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- A/B Testing & CRO: Experience designing and conducting A/B tests and implementing conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Road mapping & Storytelling: Ability to create compelling product roadmaps and communicate product vision effectively through storytelling.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Research: Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from multiple sources.

Qualifications
- University Bachelors Degree in software engineering, Information technology or comparable essential
