Join us at Blue Altair—where we're not just transforming businesses but shaping the AI universe one star at a time Title: Consultant/ Sr. Consultant: Apigee Developer Experience : 3- 5 Years Location: Mumbai Requirements - Hands-on experience in front-end technical architectural and design discussions with clients for building APIs on Apigee platform. - Experience in designing API strategy and best practices for building APIs. - Comfortable understanding business requirements and designing API Interfaces using API-First approach. - Hands-on experience designing the API Proxy flow and configuration for deploying on an Apigee Platform on cloud/on-prem. - Responsible for developing and unit testing API proxies as per the design. - Experience in reviewing API implementations done by other team members. - Experience in supporting and/or executing integration and performance testing of APIs. - Experience in designing Apigee platform architecture for high availability and scalability. - Experience in designing and implementing API Security for APIs using in-built Apigee policies. - Experience in designing and setting up CI/CD processes for API deployment on Apigee using Jenkins, Maven, Grunt, etc. - Responsible for setting up Apigee on SaaS/Op-premise/Hybrid setup. - Experience developing and deploying APIs on iPaaS/SaaS cloud platforms. - Experience providing guidance for automated testing of APIs using commonly available API testing frameworks. - Good to have experience building assets and accelerators using Apigeethat can be used for client projects. - Nice to have experience on JavaScript/Python/Java. - Good to have experience working with RFPs/proposals. - Experience of API Platform and automation tool selection is a plus. - Good to have experience working closely with Business Analyst during the initial stages of project requirement and design. - Good to have knowledge/hand on Cassandra, Hadoop/MapReduce, Mongo DB. - Good understanding and experience in HTTP/HTTPS protocol, web services, and use of web servers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Some level of experience in Stakeholder communication and status reporting. Education and experience required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or relevant experience. - Over 2 years of experience in API management software. - Apigee or GCP certification is highly desired. - Must have at least one end to end project hands-on experience developing and deploying APIs/API Products in Apigee API Management platform - including design, development, testing, and publishing to the API developer portal. - Experience in Onsite / offshore model.
