Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Preferably should have experience in handling B2B inside sales in IT industry for clientele in manufacturing domain.
- Generate outbound leads, follow up on inbound leads, manage email campaigns, support event networking and meetings, manage CRM data, etc.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi and the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- At least 1-2 years experience in generating leads and making cold calls for IT services for clientele in manufacturing domain.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects.
- Cold call and set up appointments for sales team with qualified leads.
- Responsible for creating referral sales opportunities in connection of existing customers.
- Must be self-motivated, work independently, and take product ownership.
- Able to meet event objectives within deadlines.
- Skills: Inside Sales, Cloud Computing, Sales, Technical sales, Lead Generation and Business Development.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good understanding of B2B sales and the ability to identify potential business opportunities
- Self-motivated

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience in the B2B marketplace or related industry is a plus
