Job Description Position: Hospital Solutions Officer Organization: Hiwox (formerly NPPD Care) Type: Equity-Based (No fixed pay until funding) Commitment: Part-time | 2025 hours/week | Remote About Hiwox Hiwox is a healthcare innovation and consulting company focused on transforming hospitals, gyms, and wellness ecosystems through data-driven models, operational optimization, and revenue growth solutions. Our mission is to help healthcare institutions unlock new business potential by designing end-to-end scalable hospital models integrating wellness programs, patient engagement, corporate tie-ups, homecare extensions, and preventive health services into their existing ecosystem. We are building a founding team purely on equity, consisting of domain experts, strategists, and technologists who want to reimagine the Indian healthcare system from the ground up. Role Overview The Hospital Solutions Officer will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and refining innovative hospital business models that improve patient experience, increase efficiency, and 23x revenue growth. You will be at the intersection of operations, consulting, and healthcare innovation working directly with founders, consultants, and hospital management teams to execute pilots, validate frameworks, and expand across regions. Key Responsibilities - Design and Deploy Hospital Models: Develop and implement end-to-end hospital optimization programs focusing on resource utilization, patient flow management, and departmental efficiency. - Hospital Partnerships & Onboarding: Identify, connect, and onboard hospitals and wellness centers across key regions for pilot projects and collaboration initiatives. - Program Execution: Execute pilot programs in hospitals to validate new business verticals including corporate wellness, homecare, preventive health check-ups, and wellness subscriptions. - Revenue Optimization: Analyze hospital operations and design monetization strategies that help achieve 2x3x revenue growth over time through innovative service integration. - Consultant and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Hiwox's growing network of 100+ healthcare consultants and local operational teams to ensure smooth execution of hospital programs. - Regulatory & Accreditation Readiness: Support hospitals in NABH and other accreditation processes, aligning operational efficiency with compliance requirements. - Innovation & Expansion: Work with leadership to design models that can be replicated across multiple hospitals and cities, building a scalable healthcare transformation framework. Ideal Candidate - Background in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Consulting, Public Health, or Healthcare Operations. - Strong understanding of hospital workflows, NABH processes, and healthcare delivery systems. - Hands-on experience with business operations, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. - Entrepreneurial mindset willing to take ownership, experiment, and build from scratch. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
