About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling of our brand. You will be responsible for creating compelling designs across print, digital, packaging, and social platforms—while mentoring junior designers and pushing the brand's design identity forward. Experience with video editing and modern AI tools is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end graphic design projects: branding, packaging, social media, website assets, marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute designs aligned with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Create and edit video content for reels, stories, ads, and product explainers.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams for integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated with trends in design, digital media, and AI tools like Midjourney, Canva Magic, Adobe Firefly, etc.
- Guide and review the work of junior designers or freelancers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external visual communications.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio across branding, packaging, digital content, and motion/video.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, etc.)
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in designing for FMCG / F&B brands is a bonus.
- Video editing and animation skills are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments or startup cultures.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
