Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in plant / industrial electrical maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the plant.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely rectification to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, motors, drives, control panels, and wiring systems.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, checklists, and logs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with vendors/contractors for electrical repair and service activities.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, VFDs, control circuits (preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and provide quick solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and energy conservation practices.

- Shift: Rotational (as per plant requirement)
- Location: Ozone Industrial Estate, Bhayla, Bavla
- Employment Type: Full-time, on-roll

Note: This role is best suited for candidates based in Ahmedabad or those who can comfortably commute to Bhayla plant on a daily basis.
