Executing weddings across geographies, budget brackets, and unique client preferences requires exceptional digital and offline capabilities. Weddings are a single-take service — there are no second chances — and come with a unique set of operational challenges.

Planned & executed 400+ weddings worth ₹120+ crore in total service value
Become operationally profitable (as of Oct 2024) while serving weddings in the ₹10 lakh–₹5 crore range
Raised ₹8 crore ($1M) in pre-seed funding from marquee investors including LVX, Tremis Capital, and Dropbox Co-founder Arash Ferdowsi

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a

Finance Analyst (Semi-qualified CA)

who can turn operational and financial data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with numbers, has strong logic-building skills, and wants to shape decision-making at a fast-scaling company.
What You’ll Do
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Maintain and analyze operational, financial, and performance data
Build and manage dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets for leadership reviews
Identify trends, variances, and process gaps to recommend improvements
Business Insights:
Partner with Finance, Supply, and Category teams to provide data-driven insights
Support leadership in pricing, vendor performance, and customer journey analysis
Run ad-hoc analysis to solve high-priority business questions
Process Discipline:
Automate recurring reports and trackers for efficiency
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reporting
Document and streamline data collection processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (completed CA Inter)
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
Good business understanding and logical reasoning
Comfort with numbers, analysis, and problem-solving
Clear communication and presentation skills
Bonus:

Familiarity with SQL/Python/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
