Position: Barista Location: Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation, a warm personality, and the ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced café or hotel setting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, equipment, and counters. - Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages. - Handle guest orders with efficiency and a friendly attitude. - Manage inventory and assist in ordering coffee supplies and consumables. - Follow hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policy. - Upsell beverages and snacks to enhance the guest experience. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant. - Knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
