We are searching for a highly experienced and inventive Graphic Designer that can contribute their creative flare and skills to the visual narrative of our brand. The ideal applicant will have a great grasp of brand identity and the ability to generate aesthetically spectacular content that resonates with our target audience. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling graphics for a variety of channels, including social media campaigns, website aesthetics, and marketing collateral.

Responsibilities:

- Create aesthetically appealing videos that are on-brand for marketing campaigns, product promotions, social media content, packaging, and retail marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement visual material that is consistent with the brand's values and narrative.
- Create visually appealing and informative product videos, brand videos, and promotional materials to highlight our product lines.
- Keep up with design trends and industry best practices to continuously enhance the visual expression of the brand.
- Collaborate collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their design and video needs and provide high-quality videos on schedule.
- Assist in achieving brand coherence and awareness by maintaining a consistent visual language across all touchpoints that is also aligned with the static and graphics team.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience as a Video Designer with expertise in video editing, motion design, and basic animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your video design work, including examples of motion graphics and animations.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for coffee and an understanding of Third Wave coffee culture is a plus.
