The UAM - Lead will oversee the user access management processes, ensuring that user access rights are granted and revoked in compliance with company policies and security standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the UAM team to ensure effective execution of user access management processes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for UAM to enhance security and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to address any access-related issues and implement improvements.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in user access management.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in User Access Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) systems.
- Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or similar.
- Proficient in using access management tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
