Hiring: Product Management – AP (Accounts Payable) Experience: 13–18 Years Locations: Bangalore | Pune | Kolkata | Delhi–NCR We are seeking an experienced Product Management / Product Owner professional with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Finance Transformation, and AI-driven automation . The role will define and drive the product strategy, solution architecture, and execution roadmap for AP processes—spanning Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and end-to-end AP workflows —using modern ERP platforms and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities Define and steer the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for AP transformation initiatives. Lead solution design, presales engagements , and end-to-end product development cycles. Drive process modernization through AI, Machine Learning, RPA, OCR, and workflow automation . Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption. Oversee UAT, compliance validation, change management , and KPI/governance tracking for product rollouts. Required Skills & Experience MBA (Finance) with 13–18 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting, and Accounts Payable operations. Strong hands-on proficiency with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, BlackLine , and other leading ERP platforms. Exposure to automation technologies such as HighRadius or equivalent finance transformation tools. Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, Finance Transformation, and Presales solutioning . Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
