Recycling Industry Profile - Procurment Officer Qualification - Bachelor s degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management Business or related field Salary - Upto 40k Experience- Min 4-5 years of hands-on procurement experience in a manufacturing industry Location - Alwar Job Summary The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing negotiating and purchasing raw materials components and services required for manufacturing operations The role ensures timely availability of materials at optimal cost while maintaining quality standards and strong supplier relationships Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials consumables spares and services Identify evaluate and develop reliable vendors in line with company policies Negotiate pricing delivery terms contracts and payment conditions to achieve cost savings Issue Purchase Orders POs and ensure compliance with approved budgets Coordinate with Production Planning Quality and Stores to ensure uninterrupted material supply Monitor inventory levels and work closely with stores to avoid shortages or excess stock Track supplier performance on cost quality delivery and service Ensure materials meet quality standards and resolve supplier-related quality issues Maintain procurement records vendor databases and documentation Support audits and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and statutory requirements Analyze market trends and recommend cost-reduction and value-engineering initiatives SKILLS Strong knowledge of procurement processes in a manufacturing setup Experience in sourcing raw materials MRO items and capital goods Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Understanding of inventory control lead times and production planning Proficiency in ERP systems SAP Oracle Tally any ERP and MS Excel Coordinate With DCS Group 6375367126 Call whatsApp Calling Time - 11 00 AM to 6 00 PM WhatsApp Timing - 9 00 AM to 8 00 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s How many Years of experience do you have in Procurment department in manufacturing industry Can you go for f2f interview Education Bachelor s Required Experience sourcing negotiating and purchasing raw materials 5 years Required end-to-end procurement activities 5 years Required Work Location In person
