The role involves delivering high-quality teaching, guiding student research, and contributing to the department's academic and research objectives. The university offers a supportive research environment, competitive salary, and on-campus residential facilities. Key Responsibilities - Teach UG (B.Pharm) and PG (M.Pharm Pharmacology / Pharmacognosy) courses through lectures, practicals, and seminars. - Develop and update curricula as per PCI/AICTE guidelines. - Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and laboratory work. - Conduct independent or collaborative research and publish in reputed journals. - Participate in departmental activities, accreditation processes, and academic committees. - Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications & Experience Essential: - Ph.D. in Pharmacology / Pharmacognosy or a closely related discipline (as per UGC/AICTE/PCI norms). - M.Pharm in Pharmacology / Pharmacognosy . - UGC-NET/SET Desirable: - 03 years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience in a PCI-approved institution (fresh Ph.D. holders may apply). - Research publications in Scopus/Web of Science journals and participation in conferences.
