Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role located in Pune. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration and kitchen equipment at client sites. Regular duties include conducting inspections, performing preventive maintenance, addressing technical issues, and ensuring optimum equipment functionality. Collaboration with other team members, adherence to safety regulations, and provision of exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role. Qualifications - Technical skills in equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair - Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical systems, and professional kitchen equipment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members - Adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations - Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred - Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is an advantage - Willingness to work on-site in Pune and flexibility to travel if required
