Job Description We are looking for an experiencedC2H Recruiterto join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire positions, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates within tight timelines. Prior experience in aconsulting or staffing environmentwill be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment forContract-to-Hire (C2H)positions. - Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen and assess candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients. - Negotiate offers, rate cards, and ensure smooth onboarding of C2H employees. - Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for recurring roles. - Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements. - Track and update recruitment metrics, ensuring timely closures. Required Skills & Experience: - 35 years of proven recruitment experience (minimum 2 years inC2H hiring). - Strong knowledge of IT/Non-IT skill hiring across levels. - Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and other sourcing tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and contract models. Good to Have: - Prior experience in aconsulting/staffing firmor client-facing recruitment role. - Exposure to vendor management systems (VMS) and client engagement. - Knowledge of different hiring models (contract, C2H, permanent). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
