Role Overview

We are seeking a resourceful and experienced Site Selection Specialist to assist in our expansion strategy. This individual will travel to key cities, identify and evaluate showroom locations near auto clusters, and scout impactful billboard locations for launch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel to identified cities across India to scout potential showroom locations.
- Assess locations based on visibility, footfall, accessibility, competition, and proximity to auto clusters.
- Liaise with local property agents, mall management, and landlords for site visits and negotiations.
- Identify high-visibility outdoor advertising spaces (e.g., billboards, transit media) for launch announcements.
- Prepare detailed reports with photos, metrics, and recommendations for each location.
- Coordinate with the marketing and expansion teams to align scouting activities with business goals.
- Track local retail trends and competitor activity in the EV and automotive sectors.
- Maintain a database of viable commercial properties and advertising spots.

Requirements

- Project level experience location scouting, marketing fieldwork.
- Basic understanding of commercial leasing and retail expansion strategy.
- Willingness to travel extensively across cities in India.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
- Background in real estate, retail operations, automotive, or EV industry is a plus.
