We're Hiring: Textile Designer

Jaipur | Full-time | In-house

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer to develop unique and high-quality fabric designs for our women's ethnic wear collections.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design original prints, weaves, and embroidery patterns for women's ethnic wear

• Develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand's design direction

• Research and forecast fashion and textile trends in colors, prints, and fabrics

• Create digital and hand-drawn artwork for textile designs

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate translation of designs into final fabrics

• Prepare detailed technical specifications for manufacturers

• Review and approve samples, ensuring quality, colors, and patterns meet brand standards

• Maintain a library of fabrics, swatches, and color references for future collections

2. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Textile Designer in fashion or apparel (ethnic wear preferred)

• Strong sense of color theory, patterns, and fabric textures

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools

• Excellent hand-sketching ability will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of fabric printing techniques, weaving, dyeing, and embroidery

• Strong attention to detail and creativity in developing unique, brand-relevant designs

• Ability to work collaboratively with design, production, and merchandising teams

• Full-time availability to work on-site in Jaipur
