In this role, we are looking for a candidate to design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices. Responsibilities § Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices. § Ensure the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure. § Provide technical leadership on large-scale, highly complex projects. § Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. § Conduct requirement analyses and develop high-quality detailed designs. § Perform unit testing using automated unit test frameworks. § Coach and develop software engineers into software architects. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications § Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. § Deep understanding and proficiency in Java and its associated technologies like J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate. § Extensive experience with AWS services. § Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns. § Proven experience in designing applications running on Java/Spring Boot platforms. Preferred qualifications § Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience. § Excellent analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions effectively. § Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative problem-solving. § Road map planning for upcoming releases. § Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends. § Taking lead on projects, as needed § Strong experience Java & J2EE application. § Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices § Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of CI/CD § Experience in deploying Spring Boot & Microservices in any cloud technology like AWS. § Strong expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). § Experience in leading and managing a team of developers. § Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. § Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. § Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
