Your Role - Solution Architecture: Design and implement data science architectures that support advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and business intelligence. - Data Engineering & ETL: Develop robust ETL pipelines using PySpark, Python, and modern frameworks to process large-scale datasets. - Cloud Integration: Architect and deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud leveraging services like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, S3, BigQuery, etc. - Data Analysis & Modeling: Collaborate with data scientists to ensure infrastructure supports predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning workflows. - CI/CD & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and ML model deployment. - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and data scientists, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and project delivery. - Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of data platforms. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions. Your Profile - Programming: Python, PySpark, SQL - Data Science & Analytics: Strong understanding of ML workflows, data preprocessing, and statistical modeling. - Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (expertise in at least one) - ETL Tools: Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or equivalent - CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar - Big Data Technologies: Spark, Hadoop ecosystem - Architecture: Experience designing scalable data platforms and solutions - Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects What you'll love about working here - We’re committed to ensure that people of all backgrounds feel encouraged and have a sense of belonging at Capgemini.
