We all win together​ About The Role This role is for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist who will own and optimize Hot Fuego’s online sales ecosystems across websites, marketplaces, and paid channels. You will manage day-to-day ecommerce operations, improve conversion rates, and implement data-led growth initiatives for Hot Fuego and its clients in global markets. You will collaborate with digital marketers, developers, designers, and client teams to ensure a seamless, high-performing ecommerce experience end to end.​ What You’ll Do E-commerce Strategy & Execution Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies for brand websites and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).​ Own key ecommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), cart abandonment, and repeat purchase rate. Collaborate with marketing leadership to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business and campaign goals. Store Management & Operations Manage product catalogs, listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility across all e-commerce platforms.​ Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and returns. Monitor site functionality, checkout flows, and payment gateways; coordinate fixes with tech teams to minimise friction and downtime.​ Conversion Rate Optimization & UX Analyse user behaviour (funnels, heatmaps, on-site search, drop-off points) to identify opportunities for UX and CRO improvements.​ Plan and run A/B tests on key pages (product pages, cart, checkout, landing pages) to increase conversion and revenue per session.​ Work with designers and content teams to ensure product pages are persuasive, on-brand, and mobile-first. Performance Marketing & Traffic Growth Partner with performance marketing teams to optimize traffic from Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, and affiliate channels for e-commerce goals.​ Implement merchandising, cross-sell and upsell strategies to lift AOV and customer lifetime value (CLV). Support retention and remarketing initiatives via email, SMS, push, and retargeting campaigns focused on driving repeat purchases. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Track and report e-commerce performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.​ Build and maintain e-commerce performance dashboards with clear insights and actionable recommendations. Use data to continuously refine product mix, pricing, campaigns, and onsite experience to hit revenue and profitability targets. Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration Work closely with creative, content, performance marketing, and client strategy teams to execute integrated e-commerce campaigns. Participate in client calls, reviews, and presentations to share e-commerce insights, performance updates, and growth opportunities.​ Stay on top of platform updates, e-commerce trends, competitors, and best practices to keep Hot Fuego and its clients ahead of the curve.​ Who You Are · 15+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience, with strong hands-on ownership of online stores and sales funnels.​ · Proven track record managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or marketplace backends. · Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, CRO, web analytics, and end-to-end funnel optimisation. · Experience working with performance marketing, SEO, merchandising, and retention channels as they relate to e-commerce revenue. · Highly comfortable with data—able to translate numbers into clear actions and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a bias for execution and continuous improvement. · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, ecommerce, business, or a related field; additional certifications in ecommerce/analytics are a plus.​ What Motivates You · A passion for growing online revenue and optimizing every step of the customer journey. · Excitement about testing, experimenting, and using data to make smarter decisions. · A drive to improve site performance week over week and to solve problems quickly. · Enjoyment in collaborating across teams and helping brands win in competitive e-commerce markets. Compensation Compensation is based on experience, performance, and ecommerce impact. Pay raises and bonuses are available based on key metrics and results. Full-time Position This position is full-time. Work will be performed almost always in office but some work from home is allowed as/when required. Hot Fuego employees must have sufficient internet bandwidth at home capable of conducting frequent video meetings (i.e., Microsoft Teams Meetings, or similar) to be permitted to work from home.
