We are Foxsense Innovations - a bunch of passionate developers that love solving complex business problems through products and tools we build from scratch. We've been at it for over 5 years now, and we've serviced over 50 happy customers around the world, while also building several in-house micro-SaaS tools for the market (all of this while being bootstrapped and profitable). About the role

We seek a project manager to handle our company's ongoing projects. You will work closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective project communication plans, and properly executing said plans.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Prepare requirement documents, user flows and validate test cases.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years experience in project management in the Technology industry
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Ability to manage clients and expectations.
- Strong understanding of formal project management, agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
- Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and literary skills.

Bonus Skills

- Basic understanding of coding, APIs, or cloud infrastructure to facilitate seamless communication with technical teams.
- Mastery of Agile methodologies to quickly adapt to changing priorities and drive project execution efficiently in a dynamic environment.

- Review ongoing projects and meet with cross-functional teams to understand goals and challenges.
- Take ownership of a small project to get hands-on experience with our processes.

- Lead a medium-sized project, collaborating closely with the team to meet deadlines.
- Establish communication plans and begin optimizing project workflows.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Document and implement best practices for project management.
