Title Oracle SCM Transportation Management Location Bangalore Exp 5 yrs Must have skills Oracle SCM Transportation Management Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As an Business Analyst you will lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact Your day will involve overseeing the application development process collaborating with team members and ensuring project success Roles Responsibilities System Support and Troubleshooting Provide daily support for OTM Oracle Transportation Management users troubleshoot system issues and escalate to Oracle or IT support when necessary Configuration Management Configure OTM modules including Carrier Management Order Management Shipment Management Rate Management and workflow Automation to align with business needs User Training and Documentation Train end-users on OTM processes and best practices Create and maintain user guides and training materials Data Management Monitor and validate data flows into and out of the OTM system ensuring data accuracy and consistency Reporting and Analysis Develop and run BI Publisher reports Process Optimization Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive enhancements within OTM to improve efficiency cost and performance Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with logistics Integration and IT teams to align OTM configuration with business processes and strategic goals Testing and Upgrades Support system testing for OTM patches updates and new module implementations Conduct thorough testing and assist in UAT for OTM enhancements Professional Technical Skills -Must To Have Skills Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management Strong understanding of Oracle Transportation Management OTM and transportation logistics processes 4 years of experience in OTM support or a similar role - Proficiency in troubleshooting OTM including issue resolution and system configuration Familiarity with SQL PLSQL and reporting tools for data analysis Excellent communication skills for user support training and cross-functional collaboration Additional Information - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
