Role Overview As a Growth and Marketing trainee, you will play a critical role in Reverse's marketing, community engagement, and business growth initiatives to enhance brand visibility, foster partnerships, and drive new opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing and Community Engagement: - LinkedIn Management: 1. Develop and schedule engaging posts aligned with REVERSE's mission. 2. Monitor performance and grow the LinkedIn community through active engagement. - Partner and Agency Coordination: 1. Collaborate with marketing agencies to ensure campaigns align with company objectives. 2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to support joint initiatives. - Community Building: 1. Engage with industry communities and forums to promote REVERSE's brand and initiatives. 2. Support events, webinars, and other engagement activities. 2. Business Growth and Sales: - Prospective Client Engagement: 1. Research and identify potential clients. 2. Assist in outreach, proposal development, and follow-ups to showcase REVERSE's solutions. - Investor Scouting and Relations: 1. Identify and engage potential investors. 2. Support investor communication by preparing reports and presentations. - New Business Activation: 1. Research emerging market opportunities and help activate new business domains. 2. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis. Skills & Qualifications - Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - Strong interest in sustainability and cleantech. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in LinkedIn management and familiarity with marketing tools. - Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
